Exchanges and returns can be completed if the item is UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED with ALL tags attached.To ensure the quality of our items, thestylistslift.com cannot accept returns of items which have signs of wear i.e any kind of stains, perfume or deodorant scents.
Requests for exchanges/returns must be done within 5 days. Customers will not receive credit to their account if items are returned with any original tags missing. We do not issue cash refunds – Exchanges or Account Credit Memo only.
Because we’re online based only customers can pick up exchange items at Price Plaza only on Saturdays between 10am & 4pm; or mail return items to our address which will be provided as needed
